✨ Definition | परिभाषा:

English: A sentence is a group of words that makes complete sense.
Hindi: वाक्य शब्दों का ऐसा समूह होता है जो पूरा अर्थ प्रदान करता है।

1️⃣ Assertive Sentence (विधानवाचक वाक्य)

📘 Definition:

It states a fact or opinion. These sentences simply tell something.
यह वाक्य किसी तथ्य या विचार को बताता है। ये सामान्य जानकारी देते हैं।

Affirmative (सकारात्मक)
Negative (नकारात्मक)

She is a good teacher. (Affirmative)
वह एक अच्छी शिक्षिका है।

2️⃣ Interrogative Sentence (प्रश्नवाचक वाक्य)

These sentences ask a question.
ये वाक्य किसी प्रश्न को दर्शाते हैं।

Yes/No questions: Do you like tea?
Wh- questions: What is your name?

3️⃣ Imperative Sentence (आज्ञावाचक वाक्य)

These express commands, requests, advice or instructions.
यह वाक्य आज्ञा, निवेदन, सलाह या निर्देश को दर्शाते हैं।

Please close the door. (Request)
कृपया दरवाज़ा बंद करें।
Sit down. (Command)
बैठ जाओ।
Always speak the truth. (Advice)

4️⃣ Exclamatory Sentence (विस्मयादिबोधक वाक्य)

📘 Definition:

These sentences express strong feelings or emotions like joy, sorrow, surprise etc.
यह वाक्य तीव्र भावनाएँ जैसे खुशी, दुख, आश्चर्य आदि प्रकट करते हैं।

✅ Examples:

What a beautiful flower!
कितना सुंदर फूल है!
Oh no! I lost my phone.
ओह नहीं! मेरा फ़ोन खो गया।

5️⃣ Optative Sentence (कामना सूचक वाक्य)

📘 Definition:

These sentences express wishes, prayers or blessings.
यह वाक्य शुभकामना, प्रार्थना या आशीर्वाद को दर्शाते हैं।

May God bless you.
भगवान तुम्हें आशीर्वाद दें।
Wish you a happy journey!
तुम्हारी यात्रा शुभ हो!

🔧 3. Imperative Sentence (आज्ञावाचक वाक्य)

इस प्रकार के वाक्य आदेश, अनुरोध, सलाह या प्रार्थना को दर्शाते हैं।
These sentences express command, request, advice, or instruction.

ऐसे वाक्य जो भावना, आश्चर्य, खुशी या दुख प्रकट करते हैं।
These express sudden emotions like joy, surprise, sorrow, etc.
